"My uncle, Bill Kenney, made Middlesex possible for me. I'd like to return the favor and make a contribution that will help future students enjoy the benefits of a Middlesex education."
A loyal supporter of Middlesex throughout his life, Hod Kenney '42 has always felt grateful for the tremendous education he received and the lifelong friendships he forged along the way. As he thought about his estate plans, he hoped to find a way to do something for the School of a more permanent nature. Ultimately, Hod chose a bequest: a tribute to an enduring relationship lasting nearly seven decades.
As it happened, Hod's classmate, Dick Chenoweth '42, had already created the Class of 1942 Memorial Scholarship Fund to honor classmates, some of whom perished in World War II. Hod consequently made a provision in his will to direct a specific dollar amount to that scholarship fund, helping to make a Middlesex education possible for future generations.
